  • Under Korean law, this anonymized use of uploaded data for internal R&D and service enhancement is permitted and does not violate privacy regulations.

  • However, we recognize that some users may prefer not to have their uploaded data processed or accessed even in anonymized form. For users who explicitly opt to use the web version of our Services and submit such a request, we commit to not accessing, analyzing, or modifying their uploaded images or annotations. In such cases, data will be handled with the utmost respect for user privacy and will remain untouched except for basic technical storage and delivery.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
